Lots of names. Today is Monday, the 20th of July.
In March, I was in France. I was contemplating what to do this summer. My birthday is on Friday and last year I went to Geneva. I met Siobhan and Emily.
YouTube served me a video of Jacob Collier and the San Francisco Orchestra. My very first introduction.

I loved it. I sent it to everyone I know. I thought, I would love to experience that. So, I looked up his tour schedule and he is in Tenerife on Wednesday. I bought myself a ticket and came to Tenerife. At first, I was here with Marylou but she has gone home and I am with Manfred. He will require more than a paragraph, work for lodging situation.
The concert is two days before my birthday so I also bought tickets for a dance exhibition called Bodies of Water for the 24th.
I will be 66. Late sixties. For me, a transition. I can feel it in my body. I am glad that I am out and about now. I don’t know how much longer it will be possible to journey like this.
I listened to Feels So Good by Chuck Mangione this morning to start the day. I knew it would please Manfred. The flugelhorn.

I researched Chuck Mangione. My dad, my Chuck had his album in the 70s. This Chuck passed away last year on July 22nd. I will have a little spiritual connection with The Chucks when I am at the Auditorio.
